I was looking for dhaage waali mishri from sometime. Since it has least chemicals and purity , I am using it as a substitute of sugar. Quality is good

I recently purchased a bag of Nature Prime Dhaga Mishri with high hopes of enhancing my culinary endeavors, but to my dismay, the quality of the product left much to be desired. This made it challenging to measure the sugar accurately for my recipes and resulted in an inconsistent texture in my baked goods. Furthermore, the sugar seemed to contain impurities or foreign particles. I discovered tiny specks and irregularities in the sugar, which raised concerns about its purity. This not only affected the appearance of my dishes but also left me questioning the overall quality control in the production process. In terms of taste, I detected an unusual, slightly off flavor in the sugar. It lacked the expected sweetness and had a subtle, unpleasant aftertaste. This flavor discrepancy compromised the taste of the desserts and beverages I prepared, leaving them far from the delicious results I had anticipated. Overall, my experience with this sugar was disappointing and frustrating. The issues with clumping, impurities, and the off taste significantly impacted the quality of my cooking and baking. I believe that a product as basic as sugar should consistently meet a certain standard of quality, and this particular bag fell short in multiple aspects. I hope that Nature Prime takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the quality of their sugar products in the future. In the meantime, I'll be seeking out a different sugar brand to ensure a more reliable and enjoyable cooking experience.
