Mango butter is cold pressed from the kernel of the mango fruit. The mango originated in southern Asia and has been used by indigenous people of the rain forest as a healing ingredient for many years. Mango butter is rich antioxidants and vitamins A and E and contains high levels of fatty acid, which makes it an intensive moisturizer. As a natural emollient, mango butter adds moisture to dry skin and hair. It is believed to improve the elasticity in the skin. Mango butter is used to heal wounds on the skin, ease sunburn and prevent premature aging. It has been reported that this butter helps to alleviate stretch marks on the skin and lighten scars. The butter can be applied directly to the skin. It will melt at body temperature. Our mango butter is highly desired due to its superior quality. It is easy to work with and can make your products very luxurious. This butter is provided to us by a certified organic source. Our mango butter is naturally refined through a clay process. Good for hair or skin
I bought this specifically for my hair and body. I mixed it with some oils and aloe vera gel to make a "whipped" cream like the texture of frosting. The hold is good and I use it for my twists as well as my daughter's afro and our hair stays shiny and soft the whole week. You don't need much other wise it comes of as greasy. As for body use, it melts so easy fast in your hand and is absorbed pretty quickly, making your skin very soft.

Excellent quality
I make my own body butter and find that adding mango with the shea works best for controlling eczema. Happy to be able to find it in bulk. The sunroma brand that I used to purchase was fantastic and smells slightly better than this one, but works the same

This was my first attempt to play with Mango Butter. It has a sharp scent because the butter is squeezed from the seed. But my skin ate this stuff up like mad. I'm already in need of a second order.

Beautiful and perfect for skin care
I purchase this mango butter as a base for my skin oil cleanser. It is the perfect addition, allowing for a firmness to the other oils so it's more of a lotion than just straight oil. Arrived quickly and was a beautiful color, very light scent if any. I will order again and again as long as they offer it.

I cannot recommend this seller and product enough! I use this in my infused topical salve which goes into my stores. Very clean, fresh butter. I have purchased other brands via other vendors on amazon over the years and this is by far the best!! I will be purchasing more of this!

Wonderfulness!!
Wow! So soft, buttery feeling. I haven't made any thing with it yet as I just got it but I can't wait! Still waiting on a few more essential oils I'd ordered at the same time so once they come I'll be able to try it out in body butter. I have a feeling it will be just perfect though!
