My son is a Culinary Specialist in the USCG. Last year I purchased a dalstrong 7 inch chefs knife. I personally love that knife, that’s why I purchased it for him. Anyways I purchased this for his early Christmas present on thanksgiving. He has told me this is now his go to knife. It will probably be my next knife.

Wollte das Messer damals zurücksenden, da es meiner Frau gefiel hab ichs behalten. Jetzt ist beim schneiden von Gemüse! Ein Klingenstück rausgebrochen. Eine Rückerstattung ist nicht möglich, unfassbar bei diesem Ergebnis. Kann das Messer auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!
