5'9 and 140-145 lb range. I normally fill out men's medium stuff in general. Should I go medium? I want it to be a snug/tight fit.

You might want a small if you want it tight. I know you are a man but this is the best example I can give...it is made of material that really stretch’s and feels a like like wearing Spanxs. 🤷🏽♀️ I am a 6ft woman and have difficulty finding women’s sizes that fit my long arms. The XL men’s tall was perfect. I normally would wear a XXL in a regular shirt. The sleeves are long and I again I got that tight fit.

Hi, you are about the same size as I am. I ordered X-Large to be a bit loose, but it is snug, but not tight. If you want a lose fit I recommend XXL, but if you want a snug fit to wear under a shirt or jacket - then XL should be OK.
