There's a little bit of adjustment to use during installation, and I used it all. A bit difficult, as you can't adjust up and down or side to side, only in angling the brackets, which won't allow for installation at all if you do that. The bracket openings are a little oversized, so you can move a little that way. These have the tiny hex screws, so easy to drop and lose, and no extras included. No clearance between holes and wall, so it's painstakingly slow to get the hex screws in. Very nice looking and sturdy once it's all done though, and large enough for a bath towel without folding it. Worth the aggravation overall. A different mounting design would get a perfect rating.

I like these, they look sharp, are reasonably priced, allowing us to buy multiple and put them in a ladder arrangement in our master bath. No complaints

It’s made with high quality materials, but the assembly was not easy. There was no template or instructions on what drill bit size to use.
