Great, well-priced chair! Lots to put together but no different than an IKEA item. I will say that 1 step was confusing to me and I ended up visually damaging a bit of the exterior on one of the armrests, so here's my tip: For Step 3, make sure you put the round white surrounding piece into the circular hole before tightening. In the photo you really can't see that you need to put that white surrounding piece in first, and so I ended up tightening the screw without the white piece in there, and it pushed through the other side of the armrest. I realized what was happening too late, and now I have a small protrusion on the outside of the right armrest. Doesn't affect functionality and no one but me would notice, but I wanted to mention it. The back support is great as are the armrests, it rolls easily, and the seat is comfy. I love the white and black coloration, kinda reminds me of a black and white Tron vibe. Cats jumped onto it immediately upon my finishing putting it together, and they love sleeping on it at night. :) Update: Customer service is amazing!! I asked if they had a cylinder that was a bit longer so I could get a bigger range of movement up and down, and they immediately shipped (for free!) a new, longer cylinder. Really appreciate this company!

This chair is a great value. Easy to assemble, comfortable and supportive, and attractive. I've had this chair a little over a month and so far, I particularly like the mesh back and the rocking feature. These allow for a comfortable typing and gaming posture. It is more comfortable than the bulky executive style chair I had previously. I am satisfied!

I'd been wanting a new office chair for quite some time - old one was getting pretty worn out. I asked ChatGPT what chair to check out, on a budget, that was well cushioned and supported my lower back. This chair came back top of the list. I watched it for quite some time, then on a holiday sale, finally grabbed it. It arrived quickly, packaged well - and assembled pretty easily. It was very nice that it also included a T handled hex wrench to put it together with. All in all, the chair is solid. It has a wide, comfortable seat, the lumbar support is good (and adjustable), it rolls well - and I really like that the arms fold up. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) I do wish the seat padding was slightly thicker - it's very good, but not fantastic; and 2) I wish the piston was a few inches longer for a bit more height adjustability. I don't think I sit very high, but I'm pretty much at the upper end of the height that it will do - and I can't imagine anyone sitting as low as it will go. Bottom line: it's a nice chair, and I would buy it again.

I bought this chair to replace a much more expensive linen one that was not getting the job done in terms of comfort during a full work day at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, shipping speed, and the thought that went into the assembly instructions and materials of the chair. I was nervous at first to try to put this together on my own because it came in a box I could lift easily so I assumed that meant many parts inside and possibly a full- on migraine. Well, all of the parts were marked with a full instruction booklet and tools needed to do the job including white cotton gloves! It also arrived within 24 hours and took me maybe 40 minutes to assemble. I didn't even need to McGyver any of the screws or parts. Everything fit together perfectly. It's very comfortable too with lumbar support, adjustable arms, ability to adjust the height of the chair no matter what the task, and it keeps my upper/lower back and spine happy! The seat cushion is comfortable too. I highly recommend this purchase if you are looking for a lightweight, easy to assemble addition to your home office. The gold color is pretty too and matches my more nuetral decor. For the price, it is a no brainer and the mesh back will keep me cool in the warmer months. Oh and the arms flip up too if you need to use this in a more compact space.

Bought the chair for my daughter. It was easy to assemble and very comfortable to sit on. I love that the arms can be lifted up to fit under her desk which makes the space look more roomy. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I built this myself, and honestly it was great! I adore my chair, it is so comfy and great. I also have bad back problems so having this when doing homework has been a life changer. I suggest also getting a computer stand, because it has helped me so much. You can adjust it to what you need and it's so functional in my space. Also it's just really cute, as I did not want to sacrifice aesthetics for back support. I love I bought this chair, super worth the money!!

This chair is an excellent buy for the price. I ordered the brown chair, thinking the design of the chair would go well with my wood and metal desk. The brown is more of a lighter lighter shade of brown than the picture shows, Even with that said, the chair was easy to assemble and only took a few minutes after unpacking everything. I have a standard desk, and at 5'6", the height of the chair fits well underneath. The lumbar support is fantastic, but the seat pad does start to get uncomfortable after a few hours. Nothing that I haven't been able to work past, especially considering the overall price. I wish the chair back would move independently from the base of the chair to allow for more flexibility. The chair does have a lock to stop rocking, but only in the most forward position, which does feel slightly tilted to the front.Overall for the price, this chair does exactly what I need it to do. Functional, sturdy and sylish enough to go with the farmhouse style desk I have.

The armrest on one side won't stay in place, but everything else is perfect.
