I bought this item some months back and It does exactly what I need it too and really efficiently too. Reliable and lightweight plastic jug. makes smooth and delicious shakes with frozen fruit.

I ordered this Moulinex blender on Amazon.ie and, to my surprise, it came with a European (French) plug instead of an Irish/UK plug. As a result, I now have to buy an adapter to use it. I chose this blender because it was cheaper than other models, but in the end, with the extra cost of the adapter, it will turn out more expensive. It’s a pity that this important detail was not mentioned on the product page, because if I had known, I could have made an informed decision. That said, the blender works well — I tested it this morning and it does the job. Still, I think it’s really disappointing that this wasn’t made clear in advance.
