I admit I didn't know who Tammy Fender is, or how she gets away with charging so much. Turns out she's a holistic practitioner who makes small batch luxury skincare using only ancient herbs and medicinal plants - she studies, sources and blends them herself. They're all natural, hand-selected and cruelty-free. That's how 1/2 oz can be so much. I'm not yet sure it's worth it for me, but I understand at least. I think if you were vegan and living the holistic lifestyle (and had lots of money) this would be up your alley. It's a light yellow milky serum that's very rich feeling. It's kind of heavy/oily and, at least on my middle-aged skin, it doesn't spread far even if it takes awhile to soak in. The smell is something I can't place; it's not unpleasant but it's not pleasant either. It's not floral; maybe it's a nut oil? Anyway, you can use this under a moisturizer but I'm testing it alone to check results on my two worst areas = above my lips and under my eyes (I know this isn't an eye serum but it's my quick test for how moisturizing something is). So, based on how smooth my middle-aged undereyes are after using, this is very moisturizing. It didn't cause irritation near my eyes or lips, two reactionary areas, so I guess it's calming like they say. From both test areas I can confirm it does make your skin look dewy (one of the few serums claiming this which I agree with). But it's not helping the overall appearance of the wrinkles or anything else. Too soon...plus not sure that's the point of this calming serum anyway. Overall, if I had the money, I'd be willing to invest (really, my eyes look great). Other less expensive ones may give similar results but are not all natural, hand sourced etc. etc. So if cost is not your issue, I'm giving this 4 stars only due to the strange smell. Update: one month later and I'm still using a tiny amount under my eyes at night - I can't tell you how good my middle-aged eyes are looking! It's that moisturizing and somehow also brightening. Since I know this isn't meant for eyes, maybe Tammy Fender has a "real" eye cream that's worth checking out. Anyway, I'm grateful she sold this in a smaller amount so we could try it without the big investment and hoping she continues that with other products.

I had received a travel size of this in a Tammy Fender kit I bought, and loved it so went ahead and ordered the full size. I believe there was a formula change between the time the trial size was produced versus the full size. The trial size product was well absorbed and left my skin feeling great. The full size I then purchased was greasy and did not leave my skin with the same feeling of wellbeing.

I've reached the end of the bottle, so I definitely have enough experience with the product to leave a quality review! I absolutely have LOVED using this spray serum, and I'm bummed to be at the bottom of the bottle (I will probably buy another one)! I use a lot of skin care products and have two separate routines - one "full" routine, and one "lazy girl" routine (all spray products). Of all my spray products, this is the one that I ALWAYS reach for. It just feels so nice on my skin, and has a very nice smell (it doesn't really have a smell, but I think it just has some faint pleasantness to it). It makes my skin feel refreshed, and I can't help but think it would be a good thing to keep in a purse. Certainly great for travel! I wonder if it would be a nice over-makeup kind of refresher spray, but I have not tried it for that purpose. My only comment as far as, something I'd like to see improved, would be the nozzle itself. The way the spray-er sprays, it comes out like... you know those sprinkler systems that are like a big fan, in a straight line, that go back and forth? Think of the spray nozzle like that. It seems to disperse the product heavier on the outsides, and sparse towards the center. And it's also very... straight line, not like a "puff" of liquid like one might prefer for this purpose. All and all, I'm very happy with the product and I would recommend it and I will buy again!

I use skincare daily and I got the opportunity to get this high end natural skincare milk and ....... When I first got it, it was in a box and neatly packed Then the product came nicely bagged in this natural white/beige netted bag with straw like drawstrings and a name brand (Tammy Fender) card with ingredients inside. Some of the ingredients, I'm not very impressed with. Considering the price range on this item. It kind of reminded me of when you're a kid and smear plant milk on your face to be playful and like the earth is doing something for you. Childlike. It smelled the same as well, which is not a very pleasant smell. It stated it has some oils inside of it but it does not seem and even in the Tammy Fender video about this product states it's not an oily mixture. I'm sure If you're reading this and are a die hard Tammy Fender fan, then you'll probably say it's amazing. I'd love to love this skincare. But it's not there. The product video on this brands webpage states it's to help redness and calm your skin. But one of the very last ingredients is cica which is also known as centella asiatica, which is known to soothe and calm redness. But why wouldn't this ingredient be halfway or closer towards the top of ingredients ? The ingredients are very impressive. To be honest, I'm impressed with the card and the bag than everything else. This is all natural which you would assume she's trying to achieve and has. It did kind of peel but then smoothed out after rubbing some. I'm not sure if I had something else on my face that did that or not. But it literally smoothed right out. The size I got is a half oz. Which seems more than enough for a good month possibly two of you skim a bit or skip a day in-between. I don't know what it's supposed to do or if anything at all. Maybe moisturize skin which it really doesn't do that very much. My skin soaked it in very fast and it's not bad. But not great either considering the price point. There are tons of ingredients inside of this and I suppose when it's supposed to be all natural ingredients, that's a plus ?? I'm not so sure about that. I'd consider this an allergy test considering it's got so many ingredients inside of it. Natural or not. Even with saying all of this, I am sure it's worth 5 stars . I wish I could get schooled on this. Maybe I will do some more research on it so that I can have more insight. Before finishing this Yeah. It smells pretty bad. It's a natural thing I suppose. It's not bad. But it's not great either. I personally don't think $75 is worth a half of an ounce for this mashup of ingredients.
