Great glycine powder! In the past, I have taken glycine capsules but after trying this powder, I won't use capsules anymore. Glycine is naturally sweet, and this tastes great in my evening tea and protein shakes. Easy to use - just scoop out 1 tsp to add to your drink of choice. This is definitely one of my favorite supplements to use each day because of the taste! It dissolves easily, has no smell and helps me maintain great sleep quality.

This actually helps my sleep which is saying a lot! I add to my coffee and it’s a little sweet but barely. It works is all I care about!

Glycine is not a sweetner I would have thought of using for anything. On the video by Ketogenic Woman she mentioned it as part of a recipe and I thought I'd give it a try. After the sticker shock I was also not happy with how it mixed in whipping cream, or other recipes where it didn't have time to dissolve. I was going to give up on it altogether when I added a teaspoon to my tea and had to keep adding water because it was so sweet. So, now I have my evening sleepy time tea, use 1/2 teaspoon of the glycine in it, don't worry about sugar spikes, stick with my carnivore way of eating, and have a nice sweet treat before bed. Benefits of using glycine: no sugar spike, maintains ketosis, satisfies a little sweet flavor without trigger a binge, at least for me.
