First I ordered, they had delivered scratch and little defective peice. After i requested return I got the nice one. Amazon always does this. Nice classy look and best one.

Poor Quality Product and After Sales Service of Reputed Company
The kettle developed an electric fault and stopped working within a month. As per warranty, the kettle had to be repaired at customer premises. Borosil accepted the complaint and assigned its field representative to attend to the complaint. The field representative refused to respond and provide service. Borosil is helpless and has no control over its field staff. The customer is left stranded with a non working electric kettle to be, at best, use as a water jug.

Though the glass broke within 3 months of purchase for no reason the Borosil team were every prompt in resolving the issue. The issues was resolved in less than 8 hours of raising the complaint. Great leadership and customer focused service by Borosil team. Thankyou

Works well but not for more than a year
I purchased this product in Nov 2025 and it was working great until mid Jan 2026. It is not functioning now. Not sure if this is the expected level of durability.
