I order 2, one came without holes.since it was international shipping, so I just made holes manually using a drill.

This is a good product. I purchased one to try out and I liked it enough to purchase another one. It doesn’t rise very far off the wall. It looks sleek and fits perfectly with my decor.

Have had our Nest for a month now & still very happy with it. Easy to download the app & set a heat/cool schedule. Love that the display on the actual unit is motion sensor so it is not on all the time. It is touch screen to change settings on the unit directly & very responsive. It does take some work to get it running if you need to add a C Adapter as we did.
