I wanted to include my own review because I see more negative than positive in the collection. I came to find this after using thermal heat pads and the menstrual heat pads. I wanted more for my buck and this was the best option I've found. The heat with this product is incredible. It's consistent and smooth. I recommend loose fitting clothes as to not rub the patch off or burn yourself. The instructions did suggest to tape onto a thin layer of clothing against the skin if skin burn is a concern. I don't have that worry. If I did, my fault and I know better for next time. I've used heat patches multiple times and haven't needed to have that concern. That said, I like the triple adhesive on the patch. The thermal ones had two and before the time limit for it's end, it would be barely holding on. The triple adhesive with this is great and I haven't needed to worry about checking or readjusting. The heat seems to "fade" but it comes right back. I just chalk it up to my skin's contact has reached the temperature of the patch and is adjusting and cooling itself before it rises again. I appreciate it anyway because constant burn would be irritating to my skin. I have to mention, I don't know what the oil is for and I'm not sure if it's to be applied before the patch and used during or after the patch. I opted out and just didn't use it. I wanted this product specifically to have a heating patch on my body and have more in the package than what I've been buying. The instructions could come with English friendly version but the box it came in was simple enough and Amazon has instructions as well but not much about the oil. This just made me stay away from the oil altogether. I don't know what it is and what it is for. Also, the patches kind of smell funky but it goes away once you cover it up if you don't have a strong nose.

After trying several pain patches, I have found this one :) I like how it draws out the toxins and provides pain relief at the same time. I would highly recommend this product due to the results. I know longer have to search for something that works. I have used it for back, neck and menstral pain and have seen from other reviews works for other things. Glad to have something to have on hand for various issues. I only ordered this product due to the reviews I have read and am so pleased that I did. So Thank you!!!!!!!

You should understand. I suffer from endometriosis. My cramps are absolutely helacious. Opiates were prescribed and would barely make a dent. I only ordered these heat packs because my normal ones were out of stock and most don't get as hot as I want. (note: these do in fact get up to the advertised 127 F if you have adequate air.) I laughed with my husband at the oil thing. Surely if that stuff worked, it'd have been suggested by now or I'd have tried it... I put the oil on the patch and then adhered the patch where my cramps are worst (slightly off center) st the first sign of discomfort. I expected my usual - extra hot heat plus my usual regimen of curling up around it in bed most of the day. Those cramps? ***-Never materialized-***. I bled a bit more than I generally do my first day, but nothing alarming. 48 hours later, those cramps have still not materialized and I am completely blown away.

This is a good product but I did not order it on Aug 4 so if for some reason this is set up on an auto ship please remove me.I don’t use it that much. Theresa Hartman

This product is amazing. Not for someone who is looking for a grab and go solution. However, if you have time for preparation it is definitely worth the purchase.
