It is make in the USA and fit perfect. Lots cheaper than the OEM replacement.

Works and fits perfectly
Fit perfectly in my 2012 F150 with a 5.0 v8. No check lights or anything, truck runs A1 now! Driven around 2200 miles on them so far.

Fits well.
Fit well. No engine light. I'd like to see another 1" of length on the elbow, where it slips into the crossover pipe. Had to clamp it right at the edge of the crossover. Fits, works, I'm happy. Beats $2k for OEM. Even if I have to change them a couple more times in the trucks life (durability is hit and miss I guess).
