It works!
It is a Perfect Fit underneath my 21 Tacoma Driver's Seat. It sounds great with the factory radio on my 21 Tacoma.

Great amplifier at a great price point. This amplifier is running a Pioneer TS-D12D4 subwoofer. No issues with power. Set at half gain. Size is also perfect for the little cubby in the trunk area where it fits in an 2015 RX-350.

Powerful sound
I have this connected to an Alpine Series S 10 inch subwoofer, and its groundshaking.

Previously opened and missing hardware and bass knob.
I had bought this to replace the one I currently have that is bad. When it arrived, the box was a little beat up, but I was more concerned that the box was definitely already opened by someone. The manual, bass knob and hardware is also missing. The amp itself is all I needed, and it works great, does not appear to have been installed by anyone. Would have been 5 stars if the box was sealed and not missing all the hardware.

Impressed
Just installed And I love it! Only issue I have is that I had to use a line out converter with remote turn on which are features this amp is said to have internally. Could not get it to work so I installed the line out converter and it worked perfectly. This amp does have power and my system sounds great.
