Went bad very fast, even unopened one

DO NOT BUY. The Kaymak was over 90 degrees when I received it and they won't reship or refund.
There was ice pack that was hot(almost 90 degrees) and the Kaymak was the similar temperature when I received it. I opened it right away as soon as it was delivered.
