Is it is suppose to tingle? Like plumping glosses. Mine felt minty almost, and my lips are red/purple after wiping it off?

Absolutely not, and it shouldn’t . It has no ingredient that is intended to create any sensation like tingling. And if your lips turn purple from using, I would discontinue using it. You may have allergy to one of the ingredients.
