Very even heat distribution!
Pros Very well made Very thick bottom with even heat distribution Because of this thick bottom it does take a bit longer to heat up compared to other pans. However to sear meat this is a blessing. When turning the meat or adding cold items this pan does not instantly cool down. Con - induction stove noise Due to nthe nature of a hybrid pan like this it can make a bit of buzzing sound on an induction stovetop. It is not loud, but noticeable. This is normal.
