Disgusting Quality: Delivery Yesterday, Ruined Today
Yesterday (11th November 2025), I received this new Milton tumbler, expecting the premium quality that the brand claims to deliver. Shockingly, just one day later (12th November 2025), the condition of the tumbler has already deteriorated beyond belief. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating! I had high expectations based on Milton's reputation, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Not only did the product fail to meet basic standards, but it also makes me question the quality control and commitment of Milton towards customer satisfaction. It is shocking that a product can degrade so quickly after delivery.

Discoloration is natural when using copper
Nice product, but it's getting discolored to black. You have to wash it every week using vinegar or Pitambari. Discoloration is natural when using copper utensils.

Not a great product!
When I ordered first I got a piece with dark patches inside. Not properly polished. Then it was very promptly repleced with a good piece! The lid of this tumbler is a disaster! You literally need two hands to close it. And when you need to open the lid you need to struggle for at least 5 minutes with both hands. In an emergency if you need water to drink by the time you remove the lid you may not be alive! Certainly NOT expected from a company of repute like Milton!
