I have tried several similar supplements and this has been my favorite by far. It was easy to swallow and digest and did not have any unwanted side effects. Iron Brothers supplements have always been a great bang for your buck. This product was no different. The Liver Support had most of the critical ingredients that you would find in a more expensive liver support. Great deal for a solid liver support product.

I deal with gout often and take meds and one of them is Colchicine 0.6mg. I wanted to try something different and not has harsh on my body. I did research after research. There are two areas of detox I seen. The first was products for gout detox which is more kidney because if the body produces too much urine it will crystalize in the joints. I have had 3 surgeries and will go through them again rather a acute gout attack. The other detox I seen was for the liver. Now, I don't have a gallbladder and my wife noticed after it was removed my gout attacks increased. That being the case I wanted to try a liver cleanse first. In my pain of an acute attack I bought this product. Colclhicine was not helping fast enough. Now, I know it will not work on the acute pain but I wanted it help my liver, help kidney, process unrine. I noticed a difference. Of course, this was paired with healthy eating, light workouts I could perform. I recommend this product to try for all gouty friends. There has been other benefits of course but my main area of focus was to help my liver help my kidneys.

Product was sealed and of course a fast delivery for a Prime member. First time using any type of cleanse detox, researching it, and being in my 60"s, figured everything to gain and nothing to lose. Oh, I am no scientist or in the medical field and this is just my observation. It took a few days (3-4) and then I realized something is going on with my body. Not sure how a detox actually works, but, for the next week after those initial few days, my flatulence where, and not to sound weird different odour wise. Nothing changed with my intake of food or supplements, just this detox cleanse. This lasted a week or so, sorry I did not sit there making journal entries on my flatulence odour and times for a total. Also, at my age, as a male, I would wake up in the middle of the night, usually at the same time frame, to relieve myself. I noticed that the times of me waking up to do that was cut in half if not more. Which is a bonus, in getting a full nights sleep, without interruptions. Again, not any type of medical professional, just observations of my own body, since using this product. There where no side affects, or any notable problems from this product with my use. Just a further side note, I have no medical conditions, nor taking any type of daily prescription pills. Other then this Iron Brothers Liver Detox, taking daily vitamins/minerals in the form of a multi, B12, D, Zinc Cel, Tongkat Ali, C, fish oil 1000mg, and the occasional Tylenol/Advil. I have read on here, some had upset - burning sensation using these, maybe you are taking too high of a dosage? Yet, for everyone doing something in self healthcare, we are all not the same, and everyone's mileage will vary. If you are having problems taking anything, of course stop using and consult a doctor. For myself, this has helped and will be part of my health routine, though, not something I would call on going daily. Why is that, I feel anything you take as a health substance, it is a good idea, and also a good idea to stop for a few weeks, and then go back on it, other then some daily vitamin(s). Just how I do it, leaving my body to... how can I state it.. to be back to normal (unaided substance) functions (detox from detox?). Hmmm, that might not be clear... i just feel that continually pushing our body with taking external substances is just as bad and makes a dependency. Since the body is a marvel of nature's natural engineering on it's own, in terms of healing and daily use. In conclusion, as I mentioned, not a medical professional, just how I do my health/body matters, and what works for me. I can say, yes, this Brothers Liver detox, has helped, is beneficial, now part of my intake health routine along with exercise, and I have had no side effects from it's use.
