How are these packaged? Will they survive international shipping?

The cymbals arrived to my USA address in the manufacturer’s box pictured in the background of the product image. Each cymbal was inside their own plastic sleeve (bag) with an open end. My box arrived on a rainy day, so the box became soggy as it sat near my door, and it couldn’t take any abuse.

Do these sound better than the mosico cymbals? playing with remo silentstroke heads.

I don't know about Mosico, but these sound way better than the 18" Wuhan low volume cymba, and almost as good as Zildjian L 80... I would be happy with these even if they were $200.
