I never thought I’d be enthusiastic about a toilet plunger, but here we are. The OXO Good Grips Plunger with Canister is easily the best-designed plunger I’ve owned — and yes, the design really does make a difference. ✅ What stands out: • Discreet, hygienic storage: The canister opens automatically when you lift the plunger and closes when you put it back. No touching anything dirty, and no mess on the floor. Genius. • Sturdy & effective: The plunger head has a tapered shape that works with both standard and low-flow toilets. It forms a tight seal and gets the job done fast — no splashing, no struggling. • Compact but not flimsy: It tucks neatly next to the toilet without being an eyesore, and it’s stable enough that it doesn’t tip over like some cheaper plungers. • OXO grip = no slips: The handle has that signature soft, non-slip grip OXO is known for. Even when your hands are wet (or you’re in a rush), you’ll have full control. After dealing with bargain-store plungers that barely last and make a mess, this one feels like a long-term investment. It’s a small household upgrade, but one I really appreciate every time it’s needed. If you’re looking for a plunger that’s as clean and convenient as possible, this is the one. OXO gets the little things right, and this is a perfect example of that.

Creative and Quality product. I have these for almost 10 years. Even the brush is atill very good. My neighbour saw mine and was very impressed. We could no longer find them at shops. Lucky, I found them at Amazon and recently bought 2. I recommend this product.

The head off the brush keeps coming off whenever any pressure it force to clean the toilet is used. Wouldn't buy this again. I could just have a defective model ... No idea.

1) it stinks 2) the mechanism is kind of interesting 3) not very convenient to carry it - as mechanism opens and you need to hold both parts 4) the rubber stinks so bad, so that it is just not usable. tried to wash it or keep outside on balcony over a month - nothing helps. Had to through it away. Stinky stick is not good at all. Which is a big surprise to receive such 'thing' from OXO.

Excellent performance, it fitted the u-bend of the toilet just right, not much effort to plunge either, the handle doesn't hurt my hand like another plunger I purchased before. Nice base that opens like a Venus fly trap, very well contained product 👌
