Small, but totally effective. This unit does the trick for me switching from one input/output source to another. Keep in mind you can use the phono plugs in the back to the "reverse." i.e. Input can be used for output etc.Exceptional build quality and ease of operation make this switch well worth the money!

Well, just well this thing actually works perfectly and worked great right off. I was always pulling the USB out and plugging into my second computer and my mouse as well and would be very tiresome now I can just press one button and I have my nice mouse and keyboard for my other PC. I could see many uses for this even outside of Nelson keyboard and it’s very cheap for the problem it solves you could be paying a couple hundred bucks for a new keyboard and mouse for your second PC this is like $15 and you’re set

Been using this thing for almost a year works great has good functionality good value for money build qualities is not fantastic but it is a great price.

Use this to switch between work and personal computers. Very easy to use and much better connection than a different brand I tried. I've been using it for a year now and it is still holding up.

In my home office, I run a pair of laptops that share one keyboard and mouse This switcher changes the keyboard and mouse between computers with just a tap, and the LED color lets you see at a glance which computer is connected.Note that it is not a true KVM (keyboard/video/mouse), as there's no video component, but other than using KVM as a general term, they don't claim that there is any video capability. In my case, I don't need this ability, so it's perfect.A USB printer can also be shared, and possibly other USB peripherals.It's worth noting that the device I received first didn't work properly (Hey, it happens), and I contacted JanCane support directly via email to determine if it might be a USB driver issue. Within a day, we had worked out that it wasn't, and a replacement device was on the way at no charge. This one works perfectly, and I was not required to return the defective unit.

(Update) Sadly, it looks like I'm already starting to have issues with this switch. At first, I thought that it was just one of the USB ports, but I'm suffering random errors, disconnects, and 'stuck keys' on my keyboard and or mouse. It doesn't seem to matter which USB port that it is plugged into and the issues are not present when the switch is disconnected. Sucks because I thought that this would be exactly what I needed, but unfortunately, even writing an email now (with the switch plugged in) is near impossible...unless I want a bunch of stuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck letters and have it unplug it in order for it to stop.I'm using this at work as a KVM switch (minus the V) to control my two computers with one keyboard, mouse, and spaceball. It functions fine and works for what I need it for. I can not offer an opinion on USB transfer speeds since that's not what I'm using this for.Other than that, my 2cents are this:1. Not sure why they decided to use USB-A connectors for the cables running from the computers to the box. USB Micro B or USB C would have been nicer.2. I wish that it had 1 more input...5 instead of 4. I mean, you can theoretically run a hub to one of the ports, but that's just adding even more stuff into the mix.

Very nice product, perfect for switching my wireless keyboard and mouse.There are two USB cables included for connecting to the computers. Plug one into the USB port on each computer and them plug your wireless dongle into one of the ports on the other side. I have one for my mouse and one for my keyboard but a wireless combo also works. The switch lights up blue for one computer and green for the other, easy to remember. It's a tiny thing, takes up very little desk space.It changes with a regular C type charger, same one you would use for your phone. It comes charged. I have no idea how long a charge lasts.I have another switch that switches only video (did not realize that when I bought it). Push the button on each one and I can switch from my windows desktop to my linux laptop, perfect.

Solution I was looking for. Price point I liked. Arrived on time. Very happy.
