UPDATE: I decided to move the placement of this rack and oddly this time it was much harder to install. I guess I got lucky the first time. However, I did get it done. The main thing that is difficult is the little little little tiny screws that you put on last that hold the rack on to the wall bolts. But such as life and it works great once it’s installed. Also, I wanted to add the note of that while it does get warm it’s not hot. It’s just a gentle warming. But I love it. It’s similar to what I had in my hotel in England. Same amount of warmth. And I don’t have to worry about burning my hand if I accidentally grab onto it. So I think that it’s actually the perfect temperature. And I so love the timer. My bathroom gets extremely cold in the winter, so I just turn it on about an hour before I take a shower (by default the first setting is the highest temperature and a three hour timer) and it makes my bathroom bearable and a perfect warmth. And then by the time I get out of the shower, my towel is perfectly cozy, warm, but once again, not hot. ORG REVIEW: It was actually remarkably easier to install than I thought it would be (at least without hardwiring it). The display has on/off, heating temperature, and timer. Overall seems made well.

I've used this for about a month and so far seems to work really well. It gets really hot at its max setting but is not dangerous. And the screen is easy enough to use. Installing went okay. The drywall anchors could have been better. I used the recommended drill size and two of them spun in the hole when I inserted the screw. Wedged a few toothpicks in to the anchor and that tighten them up. But I would use a smaller drill bit next time.

After I got my wife a towel warmer for Christmas and it died after one use I decided to look into finding a wall mounted option this time around and came across this one. It has a nice design that I thought would add to our bathroom. It does work but it's also not the best. This thing needs to be turned on at least 30 minutes before the towel gets remotely warm enough. The timer functionality leaves a lot to be desired. I was hoping I would be able to set the timer functionality up where it would turn on automatically at a certain time of the day where it became a set it and forget it system but unfortunately that doesn't work with this model. I even hooked up a smart outlet to it to see if I could achieve the same functionality but when the outlet turns on it doesn't turn the towel warmer on with it, it just provides it power and you have to manually turn it on. Besides those shortcomings it seems to work fine overall. It doesn't get the towels super warm and you need to make it fit in a way to get as much contact with the metal as you can to get it as warm as possible. At worst, it's a nice towel holder but so far despite its shortcomings it has been nice to have.

I bought this 2 years ago and it had been working well. Out of the blue, it shut off and when I turned it back on, it would blink numbers and then turn off again. I reached out to the seller to inquire as to what I can do to resolve this issue. They informed me that it’s out of warranty but they will gladly send me a new one. I was skeptical but true to their word, a brand new one was delivered!!! For the customer service alone, I highly recommend this product/seller. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. Thank you!!!

I was initially excited about this towel warmer because of its sleek, stylish appearance, but I quickly became disappointed with its performance. Even after leaving it on for hours, my towels barely got warm, which was frustrating. The installation process was also a headache - the instructions didn’t match the parts, and it took much longer to set up than expected. After just a few months of use, the unit stopped working entirely. While it looks great in my bathroom, the poor heating performance and quality issues make me regret this purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I researched a towel warmer everywhere. I looked on Wayfair, Lowes and Home Depot. I read the reviews and finally decided on getting this one. I like that it gave me the option to either hardwire it or plug it in. Being that I didn't know exactly where I wanted it, I went with the plugged in version and I love it! It doesn't bother me to see the cord. It warms up my towels fairly quick and it gives me the ability to change the temperature of how I want the towels. It was easy to install onto the wall and sturdy enough to hold my towels.

Estuve buscando entre muchas opciones, y finalmente nos quedamos con ésta por su tamaño, el cual permite colgar dos toallas, o una toalla a lo largo para que se seque mejor. Calienta muy bien sin quemar y de puede modificar la temperatura. El temporizador es excelente (desde 1hr a 9hrs). Mantiene mis toallas secas y sin olor a humedad. Y para los días de frío, las deja también calientitas. Me encantó la compra, lo usamos a diario. Lo recomiendo mucho. Pd. Un punto importante considerar es que este calentador/secador de toallas es más bromeó que otros. Y tiene una profundidad de 12 cm desde la pared hasta donde termina. Por si tienes que considerar el espacio, este sí s sobresale más que otros. Pero también lo hace más práctico, porque caben mejor las toallas. Se puede conectar por medio de clavija o bien directamente. Yo hice un movimiento eléctrico para conectarlo con la clavija a un contacto y que éste quedara escondido detrás del toallero, para que no se viera el cable colgando. No lo quise conectar directo para tener la opción, ya sea de quitarlo si acaso en un futuro, o bien conectar otras cosas en el otro contacto disponible. .

De fácil instalación y programación. Muy útil y bonito , lo puedes usar solo como toallero pero también te calentará las toallas.
