It keeps the heat for a long time
It heats up really quickly and last ages. Easily manageable to put on aches and pains. Small and compact. Would recommend.

Great for the the first few weeks but then slowly stops heating up. Lasted 3 months before it had to be replaced

easy to use , but faulty after 3 days.
stays warm for around 3 hours but heats up incredibly quickly. Much easier and secure to use than a traditional water bottle Update , only worked for 3 days and now will not charge , was great but cannot recommend based on durability.

It's ok, a brilliant idea! Probably safer than a traditional hot water bottle and use of kettle especially for people with weakness in arms or limited vision. Heats up very fast but doesn't seem to hold heat for up to 6 hours like it claimed. I say it would stay a good hot temperature around 2 hours and then after that it was just ok.
