I love this telescopic rod is compact, portable and durable. This rod is all. Collapses short enough to fit completely INSIDE the carrying case that came with or if you want to put on a backpack. I chose the 7.87ft long one and is amazing. It’s also strong and durable. Very well made of carbon steel. This Magreel fishing rod is definitely sturdy, yet sensitive enough to feel bites. I don't think the rod will break under stress. Nice comfortable grip and reel seat. Plus my husband caught a big bass three weeks ago when he went fishing with my uncle. Definitely recommended.

Excellent fishing rod for the price. Own a few of telescopic rods and i know lots of people dont like them but hear me out. These rods are great to keep on the car for a quick fishing session anywhere, u can carry on a backpack for a nature walk, put it in ur pockets if they long enough etc. This one checked the eyes and seems fine, seems the tip is the bend part but the middle seems really strong. Handle and reel seat are well build and not plastic. Handle could be longer but i knew before purchase. In general is pretty great rod and 1/4 of the price of named brand rods.

It’s awesome, fits nicely in my backpack when retracted. Caught a few fish already with it, using the hooks that come with and some worms. 10 out of 10 would recommend this rod
