This is so good it rehydrates really well and the flavor is so good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes chimichurri.

AMAZING, love this on grilled beef! Puts a meal over the top. Easy to prepare in 2 minutes. Highly recommended, I mix with olive oil and red wine vinegar. So delicious almost becomes a side dish lol!

I have now ordered this for the 4th time. This stuff is awesome. I’ve used it in marinades, seasoning for vegetables, meat, and seafood, and as chimichurri. Depending on the audience, sometimes I’ll add some red pepper flake to heat it up. The chimichurri is super easy to make as long as you have a red wine vinegar and some EVOO on hand, and it tastes outstanding! As chimichurri, I’ve put it on steak, hard boiled eggs, seafood, grilled vegetables, and eaten it straight by the spoon. It is a perfect blend that absolutely enhances everything I’ve put it on. Back to the boiled eggs, it is the absolute best topping! Great work Al! While it seems a bit pricey, for the amount you can use this per bottle it is well worth it. It’s a great blend, and I don’t have to find all the herbs and keep them fresh to make on my own. I love this stuff!
