Works great. Separate warmed milk. Clean the inner separator disks after every use.
Used once so far. Worked flawlessly on goat milk and was very quiet. A mild surprise: the toggle switch’s “on” position is down, “off” is up. The parts are sturdy enough for home use, but don’t go dropping pieces on the floor or they’ll get dented. The separator disks, especially, won’t tolerate that. Be sure to warm your milk to 100F or so. If the milk fat is not melted, it can’t flow through the separator. Processed just 6l for our first run, and got 400ml cream. That indicates roughly 6.5% which seems high, so I’m guessing the cream is light cream. I’ll know more after I make butter. I have no way to tell how much cream is left in the separated milk, but it tastes surprisingly rich. If you clean the parts immediately the milk products rinse away readily, so don’t delay as it really must be done. Be sure to remove the O ring as milk does get underneath it. Next time I’m just popping the parts in the dishwasher. How much cream is lost during the run? The separator plate assembly trapped 65g of cream inside, even after flushing the system by running skim milk through it. That was about 16% of my cream. You’ll need to process about 100l of milk to keep your loss to less than 1%. The unit came with a spare O ring and float, so I’m guessing these are subject to some wear and tear. I’m not at all sure how easy it will be to get repair parts, should I need them. YouTube videos are useful to familiarize yourself with the parts. Enjoy!

VIVOR bought 2022
Second update, 2026 So I believe I bought the machine in 2022. Had some trouble with it had to fuss with it a lot and finally got it to work. It worked for about two years, and the cord broke. I called VIVOR, I emailed VIVOR, after much haggling, they finally sent me a new cord and a new adapter which I was very happy with. It worked another couple of years now the cord once again does not work. Cannot get the machine even to turn on. I don't know what it is what the cords on these machines but they do not last. Now the cord is broken and they actually refuse to even allow me to buy a new cord or adapter. So basically you're gonna get two years unless you fight with them to get a new cord or adapter, whichever goes bad first cause they always seem to go bad. I tried to give these people a good review, but basically you were buying a throwaway disposable machine. I will update my review to one star Update My husband and I fussed with this and watched a video online that helped us immensely. After we finally got everything put together for the most part it almost never leaks now and I really like it! I see some of the issues that the people have with leaking and one of them is making sure the gasket is in properly underneath the disks inside the spinner, and also I do put on the screw on top of the centrifugal force spinner snuggly. But I have used it now for a few months with no issues. It just takes some getting used to! *** UPDATE*** 4/11/24 I have had this machine since May I think of 2022. I have used it for 7 to 8 months out of the year. About a month ago, I went to separate 4 gallons of milk and it wouldn't turn on. We figured out that the cord or the adapter would not work. I called the company and they said they didnt sell parts. After searching to find the same thing, I could not find it and sent them another message and told them I was really not happy with the company for not having some sort of replacement parts. They decided they would see what they could do, I believe they searched all over, and dealt with the people in China or something 🤷.. They updated me every few days and said they are working to see what they could do for me, they worked very hard for me and finally today I got a new cord and a new adapter. My machine works, and I have upgraded this machine to 4 1/2. These people went well out of their way trying to help me and I am so appreciative!!

Works great getting the correct setting for heavy cream is a task other then that it is a wonderful product.

Worked great
This adds to our ability to make so many additional food products from our own goat dairy milk. We are now using the milk for ice cream, butter , sour cream, cheese and more. Takes a bit to get it done but worth the effort. Heavy duty and good quality. Yes clean up is a process. But like most things, once you get the basics down you will be able to make the best out of what you have.

Love this
We use this a lot to separate our cow milk and make butter!! Instructions are a little difficult but clearly not US product. It works great. Do not put parts in dishwasher. They rust. Wash and dry immediately.

Works great
The cream separator works great (I am using it for raw goats milk). It is easy to assemble and disassemble once you figure it out. The downside is the included instructions are not very descriptive so it took a little time to figure out assembly.

Edited update
After just using 2x. I properly cleaned ALL the insides after the first use before putting back together. The machine leaks as well and is very flimsy. The instructions are poorly written. In fact it describes the spouts for the milk and cram reversed as well as the adjustment for cream thickness is instructed backwards. Fortunate I was able to review similar products and was able to operate it the correct way. I wasn’t able to download all the photos and the pic don’t really show how bad the defects are. Maybe they see me a used one? Not sure but I would never recommend this product and it obviously isn’t sanitary for food use. After returning for refund I went directly to Vevor website and ordered another separator. It is slightly different then the one bought here but for the most part it’s the same. The only differences I can see is the bae is rounded not squared off like the one here, and there is a toggle switch for the off on instead of a push button. The pricing at the vevor website is $40 less than the first purchase. The second one works much better and the parts are clean not rusted.

Tough to get ajusted, but Once its going it works flawless
Definitely, took a bit to get going, and to learn the ins and outs and all. But once I got it all learned and adjusted and dild in. It works great, I love it. If you want cream stick to it. Its a learning curve but once mastered you will love it.

Per i primi 3 utilizzi ha funzionato bene poi non ha più scremato il latte quindi non più utilizzabile

This is a great product however beware it’s impossible to buy spare parts for it - I misplace the copper screw and cannot get one as Vevor say they don’t stock spare parts ! Seems crazy the actual manufacturer doesn’t stock parts !!
