Cost effective
My doctor suggested that hi start taking certain supplements. This product combined the ones I needed into 1 pill. Can't really comment on it's effectiveness because I haven't been back to my doctor yet. I can say that my blood pressure is better.

Not sure this product helps or does what it's supposed to do. I do know it gives me reflux. It also has a chemical taste. I don't recommend.
