Seems like a lot of reviews are negative, or dissatisfied, especially about the app. App works great with my Pixel 8 Pro. I wish it could sync w/Fitbit, or my other health apps, though. Handles feel fine in my hands, no slipping. I use it without the rope, and wish the ends had more weight. They’re too light to ensure balanced rotation. However, they do make it easy to determine whether you have a “lazy wrist,” wherein only one wrist does most of the work. I've used it just a few times, but it seems durable enough for my workout schedule. It also seems like a good value, so far. As a beginner, I find jump rope workouts challenging & engaging. I highly recommend jumping on a yoga mat, jump pad, or other softer surface. Jumping on concrete or tile aggravates shin splints in no time.
