These taste good, and are effective. I used for 3 months and could tell the difference in my hair and nails. The gummies were easy to chew and I prefer that because I hate taking pills.

These gummies are funny. My husband thinks they’re delicious, but I taste something gross. To me it tastes like they were made with chicken bullion, but still also have the fruit flavor. I would also point out that their consistency is a little too gooey and sticky, like they stick to dental work.

The shower drain is empty, and new baby hairs are everywhere. I also use a topical serum at night. I debated starting to spend money on this experiment, but I will never quit giving extra help to my hair growth.
