We love, love, love this press. Works exactly as advertised. We like the fact the the bottom of the press is flat. It is easy to stowaway. Just an all around great product. Would highly recommend this seller and this product.

Pretty good weight for frying meats and keeping flat like smash burgers or bacon. It's advisable to put some nonstick product on the contact surface as its stainless steel and will discolor. But it seems well-constructed and was quite a bit heavier than I expected, which is nice. I used it twice so far and it seems great. I also bought some 6" parchment paper to use with it so it doesn't stick to your food and makes cleanup easier.
