Good quality product though it's not supplied with plastic wing nut sleeves
Good quality product. 36" is not commonly sold so ordered a pair. I measured 36" end-to-end, nut inclusive. Giving it a 5 even though the product is not sold with the plastic wing sleeve that's useful for fastening the nut ends on to the plumbing.

All the items are defective. Unfortunately found defective when statring use after two weeks. No support

Good quality and finish
the product is good, i have fitted this and this is working well. But one recommendation that the plumber gave me was that it would have been better if the nut was made of brass rather than steel as that is prone to rust. so my next purchase will one with brass nut and not steel. but this one works just fine now.
