It’s working for me, it help me sleep better

This supplement is an incredibly strong and effective non-narcotic way to calm nerves and anxiety! It was a life saver for me when I started to experience chronic anxiety and nerve pain! It enabled me not to have to get a prescription! I happen to be a psychotherapist with a specialty in addiction and I have read that this supplement is also effective for people who are trying to come off of drugs like heroin and I would believe it!

I got this to help with falling asleep, especially based on other reviews of being able to take it again if awakened in the middle of the night. I haven't had to deal with that yet, and so far it doesn't have heavy sedative qualities that make me feel super drowsy, but it is relaxing, and I can tell when it's kicked in. And recently the calming properties of it were evident when I was actually very chill when I normally would have lost it on someone. It does help relieve anxiety to some degree. Not a magic bullet, but it's pretty good. It literally tastes like raisins and is just as sweet. I just put it under my tongue, as I don't need to make a whole cocktail out of it when it doesn't taste offensive to me. I think twenty-dollars is the kind of price point where you can give it a shot and see how you do with it.

I was new to buying tincture supplements and didn't realize that this profuct has alcohol in it---until I tasted it, of course! The taste of this alone has compelled me to avoid using it again, even though it did seem a bit helpful for pain, but I can't tolerate the taste. I won't ever buy this or any other supplement product containing alcohol. I believe that adding alcohol is incompatible with quality supplement tinctures. I'm working to detox my body and for me, alcohol ingredients are completely counter-productive to that goal.

So helpful for my back pain and I love that it's alcohol-free.

Became allergic to it, sinus congestion

Use it everyday, I’ve been on Xanax and Klonopin, for years. It was extremely tough to get off them, but this was a god send (took 1 month of feeling like poop). I use California Poppyseed Extract (half dropper), Passionflower Extract (full dropper), and a glass of tart real cherry juice (natural melatonin), for sleep and it works like a charm. I use the two extracts for anxiety sometimes through out the day but only half dose. This is a really good combo.
