Perfect ! relieved painful shoulder and neck within minutes. Hyperextended my arm and pulled my shoulder out too far when reaching for something and then pain arrived hours later, thank goodness this arrived the next morning! after three days of rest, icing with this, and elevation, I did some slow rotations and now a week and half later - so much better. So many people say heat feels better, I am a changed person - ICE it first!!

After trying a few different ice packs for shoulder pain, the Comfytemp Shoulder Ice Pack has easily become my favorite. The design fits perfectly around the shoulder and stays in place even when I move around. Just perfect to lay across my shoulder. I really like this cold wrap. I do not have keep it in place…it’s stays where I need it. Packaged appropriately and came in a timely manner. Folds up in the freezer and is flexible. I’m giving it 5 stars.

Works really well. Only stays cold for about five minutes, but it’s enough to give my frozen shoulder a good chill and takes the pain out. I put it on once in the morning once at night and it’s definitely bringing me relief.

As an icepack, this product works quite well. It maintains a cool temperature long enough for full session of PT on your sore shoulders. My only issue is that it's not easy to wrap around your arm. There were no instructions in my box, so I dont know if this is normal or not. But I had to figure out how to wrap it around my arm. This is not easy to do. ' What I recommend doing is that you figure out how to wrap the and secure the arm strap while the ice pack is thawed out and plyable. Because once it is chilled, the product is fairly rigid and difficult to bend and curl. So, figure out how to attach it to your arm, and the remove it like you would a shirt. Leave the velcro straps attached and in place and then stick it in your freezer. Then when you are ready to use it, all you have to do is slide it into place on your arm and then stretch the other strap up and over your head. This is much much easier to do than trying to figure out how to secure it onto your arm if it's already chlled and rigid.

I have an injured shoulder, this shoulder ice pack is a god send. It fits my whole shoulder, providing much need pain relief. I would buy again.

A shoulder injury is hard to ice and this item works great! You can put it on and keep your shoulder relaxed as you ice. The price was great too.
