Yes, this is for a Grohe in wall tank carrier.

I am trying to find the water supply line to match. 10" long, 3/8 pipe fitting on both ends.

Does this fit porcher p84120.00.000 veneto water control assembly?

I used this to replace a control assembly in an older Porcher Veneto (cur 1985). It fit, but required the reuse of several of the original connectors to get the correct alignment in the plastic water reservoir. I also recall having to cut a section of the plastic tube at the bottom as unit did not fit onto the molded plastic stud in the bottom of the reservoir. So, this is not an exact replacement, but can be made to work. It typically sells for about half the cost of the Porcher unit ($50-60), so if you are good at fitting parts it can save you $25. But it will take longer to install than the Porcher part (which is manufactured by Grohe for Porcher).
