This Barton release valve is an excellent replacement for pressure cooker, as it offers safety, good sealing and efficient operation. It is made of resistant and durable material, easy to install and perfect for maintaining a controlled pressure release during cooking. Like this pressure cooker. Seals fast. Cooks fast. Gasket has held up nicely so far Was unsure at first with a unknown brand. Works great !
