I don't know what they changed in their insulating process but these are no longer the champs of keeping hot/cold liquids hot or cold. A few years ago I bought 4 of them in 2 different sizes and colors. I wrote a glowing review on how well they worked. Ice and water stayed ice and water for up to 3 days and hot liquids stayed uncomfortable to drink for a full day. But I recently moved and those 4 are in storage so I ordered this new black one. The new one won't keep ice and water for more than a day inside an air conditioned home. I tested the previously purchased bottles by putting ice and water in them and then put them in the front seat of my car that was in direct sunlight, during the summer, and 90% of the ice was still there by the end of the day. The only good I can say about the currently purchased one is the quality of the build. But insulating properties suck. Also the flip top is definitely worth buying if you have older models that will keep liquids hot or cold.

One could say these products are healthy. One could say they are for humans. One could even dare to say these products are for healthy humans. But who cares what some random rhetorical person says? You care what I say because you are reading my review. I say Healthy Human products are made for WINNERS. You don't want to be a loser do you? Of course not. Then buy one of these so you can win. Win at what, you might ask? At life. Drinking your ice-cold beverages out of one of these bad boys will keep you hydrated. Which, last time I checked, keeps you ALIVE. ALIVE and hydrated so you can learn TAI-CHI on the back of an ELEPHANT parachuting out of a stealth bomber over MT EVEREST during the worst BLIZZARD of all time. Look in your hand. Now back at the screen. Now back at your hand. Now back at the screen. Look at your hand--there's a Healthy Human stein--now look at the screen--back at your hand. Your hand is diamonds. Best water bottle ever!!! Keeps water cold for days! Though I've only had the Liquid Blue- Healthy Human 32oz Stainless Steel Stein for a few days, I'm totally impressed with it! I love the wide mouth which makes adding ice a breeze! The lid secures well and I love how comfortable it is to carry. I'm planning on purchasing the larger size for trips to the beach! I left it in a hot car for hours and it was still cold! Super product! A few of my co-workers plan on ordering a couple too! I also ordered the 21oz water bottle and the 20oz cruiser which is amazing for hot beverages! I don't typically leave feedback on products I purchase, but I felt I necessary to write a review on this superior product. Oh, and the packaging is great too. I'm a sucker for those extra touches! Would purchase again and will highly recommend to friends.

I would give 5 stars for customer service. The gel like plastic ring inside cap fell off a week after using and the company sent me a replacement cap right away. Great customer service, thank you! Unfortunately the same thing started happening again to the new cap just yesterday. I'm not going to my to keep calling for a new cap so I have to say the product is just okay. Also, I put essential oils in my water and after I wash it (which I do nightly) with a bottle brush, you can still smell the lemon, so it does retain smells. Minus those two things, it is strong and sturdy so I think the bottle will last a very long time, I just hope the lid does too.

This is a very nice and sturdy stainless water bottle and is exactly as stated. The paint appears to be powder coat and does not look like it will wear and peel like so many others. It keeps icy cold into the next day without any problem! My only disappointment is the 32 oz bottle does not fit into my car beverage holder like my previous 32 oz bottle did, so now i have to let it roll around on the car floor. Be sure you screw on the lid correctly or it will leak, as I found out on my first day of use.
