Great pretzels. But this is a BIG container

I love these pretzels. There are some broken ones but I don't see this as a problem since you have to bite off pieces to eat them anyway. They are fresh and tasty and just enough salt for me. Go ahead and get some, if you are a pretzel lover as I am you'll enjoy them too.

I keep a 3 gallon glass jar on my home bar counter. I like to keep it filled with pretzels. This is one of the only items I have found that can fill the jar to keep them fresh, without having to purchase 3 or 4 separate containers of pretzels. These pretzels have great flavor and are just the perfect size to bite into and enjoy. Salted to perfection. They arrived is great shape only a very few broken pretzels. When you purchase from stores, (Walmart, Kroger, etc.), you get about half the pretzels broken, and I hate that.

The only thing “special” about Utz’s Sourdough Special Pretzels is that they are not actual pretzels! What arrived was a tub full of broken bits and crumbs — I could barely find a whole piece. They should honestly rename this product “Pretzel Dust.” To make matters worse, the container had no sealed cover — no cellophane, no safety wrap, nothing to show it was hygienic or untouched. That’s completely unacceptable for a food product. I wouldn’t dare serve this to guests (or anyone, for that matter). The whole thing was so unappealing and questionable that I threw it away immediately. I expect better quality control and basic food safety from a brand like Utz. Absolutely sickening and a total waste of money.
