Product is not working and gear box is damage and power botton, gearbox2nd hand items very cheap quality and not working also with 12v battery

It took me entirely too long to install this on a free power wheel vehicle I picked up for my 3 year old. It was probably my fault buying the wrong kit for my application, but figuring out how to get the steering box to attach to the car and reliably steer the vehicle was a pain in the butt. Ultimately with some MacGyver magic, it worked and is wicked fast. Definitely worth the price for what you get in the kit. The remote shows no sign of signal issues even when the vehicle gets far enough way that I start to become uncomfortable with controlling a vehicle with a child in it at such a distance. It all seems to be of quality build and is still working well.

Works as described

This worked perfectly to get the drive motors and steering back under remote control. It took a bit of time and rewiring to match the parts fitted as the connectors were different. Had to leave in the original loom and control box as they powered all the original accessories so only disconnected the original motor connections so they could be fitted in the new loom. Used the new charging point but had to parallel off the battery supply to the old controller so lights, music player and steering wheel buttons all worked. No issues with pairing the new remote and controller as it effectively worked straight out of the box. My grandson has really enjoyed driving it around our local park.

Solid build, good react time, controls and controls from quite a long distance. This particular model came with a light up indicator 4 position shifter with H, L, N and R. The drive wires have clips but the steering motor wires have soldered ends. Contrary to some beliefs, you cannot connect/pair one Weelye RX19 remote to operate two control boxes at the same time. This is a very nice device for whatever 12 volt devices you want to control.
