Using them inside shower area for holding . Decent strength and weight holding capacity. No rusting so far . Fitment was easy but quality could have been little better . Smooth and shiny holding area and slight mat finish or PU grip would have been better .

I returned 4 packets of 12 pieces but it is showing only 3 packets. Where has one packet gone? Why is it not showing?

Misleading as a towel bar/hanger
The main rod where one can hang the towel, is only 20 inches long, not 24 inches. Hence, one cannot hang an open large towel on it. It may be fine as a grab bar but not as a towel hanger, though one doesn't require a 20/24 inch long grab bar.
