1. Not a good speaker in terms of loud noise and Crisp noise. 2. Does not respond for voice commands very frequently 3. Does not have a good range of mics 4. Only good thing about this product is that it has an IR remote inbuilt. 5. The speaker shuts itself off very frequently and has a lot of bugs when giving voice commands

The sound is decent, voice command function is good. Unlike the Echo device, it also supports IR buster, so it is possible to control devices simply by using IR functionality. Its IoT is powered by Tuya. A great 👍 product by Zebronics. One thing it is made in PCR. After using 1 year I am writing this review: I have to reset its wifi connection, now when trying to connect with Zeb smart home, it is able to detect but not able to register in the cloud. The same happened with Tua's app. Tech support even did not sort this out and even the local service center at Kolkata. Then they send it to the headquarters of Zebronics in Chennai. From there they told me that need to replace the main chip of the speaker and it costs around 1K as it is out of warranty (just for 15 days). Also not sure able to repair it or not. What is astonishing to me is that a simple software issue needs to replace the main chip. The speaker is working fine before disconnecting from wifi. There is not a single issue. Also not able to update the firmware which Zebronics pushing. So, before buying think about all these things.

Alexa works fine but some times it says i dont no and i think this device is having bluetooth connecting issues because it does not connect bluetooth woofer and bluetooth speaker from alexa app and also when it is connected to my phone bluetooth it doesn't play speed it takes time. And also when we link gaana, Spotify,hungama music apps alexa app is not supporting i really dont know that is the device is having issue or alexa app. I also call amazon customer care they gave me a number to talk with zebronics care but they are not answering the call and when ever i call the line says its busy. But the ir device works awesome... This device is only best to use to listen songs and ask questions and use with ir devices bluetooth is the most worst i think if there is any option for fixing the soft ware then it could work better.

Works same as original alexa.😄 sound quality is also good overall, it is best at this price👍🏻
