No this mount is made to attach to a rack which is 2" diameter as opposed to 1 7/8" diameter on a cymbal stand

How much weight can it hold up ? drum pad wise

It can hold any pad or cymbal. Not sure how much weight it needs to hold, but it’s a sturdy stand
