I can’t figure out what is the secret ingredient but I can definitely feel the difference in my mood. I start taking them a week before period and it relaxes me and gives me inner peace.

Let me start by saying that I do not use a lot of supplements but wanted to give this a go as it's plant-based, and I really needed something to help with my PMS symptoms. I get a lot of cramps and breast tenderness issues when I am PMS-ing. I initially got this product to help ease the cramps/breast pain and the overall irritability. It ended up not only helping with these symptoms, but it also helped with bloating!!! Totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended!

As someone who suffers from the most horrendous PMS and hot flashes this side of the earth, I jumped on this bottle of supplements. You get a month supply, but my big issue is this - Supplements like these take time to work. You have to build them up in your system for at least a week to see a true difference. However, there are no instructions on the bottle that will tell you how often you should take the supplements to see results. I wouldn’t imagine one would want to take supplements everyday for symptoms that are about a day or two long. Also, I’m not sure if you take this with food or not. It would be good to know this information.

Having Allergies, I have to be careful about what I use and this is a Great Option! ❤️ I was looking for something that was safe for me to take and that actually works. So, I decided to try this and wow. It actually does work, which I was skeptical when ordering it. But, I gave it a try and I am quite glad I did! I would Recommend this to anyone who is like me and is having a hard time finding something that works for them and something that they can actually take. After trying this, I love this and have found my product for not only myself but also for my daughter too. This will be our go-to menstrual medication from now on, thank you for giving me this chance to try it and test it, because it is now my "Go-to" for that time of the month problems now. I am forever grateful.

This is a tiny bottle. I was surprised at how small it is. Most herbal medicine comes in giant bottles. I do not suffer from PMS anymore, so I can't speak about those effects. However, I have not found that these pills have relieved any hot flashes. I'm not sure what other menopause support it is supposed to provide. Perhaps these work great, but for me, I haven't felt any changes.
