I love these multi vitamins it gives me all the nutrients I need. I don’t feel tired all the time. It gives me energy I need. It works for me. The pills are vitamin size they’re not small. I would say medium size.

These vitamins are AWESOME!!! I’ve been taking for years now. I have found no other vitamin that makes my hair grow so fast. They are sorta big but not a problem for me. Highly recommend. Can’t say much about energy level for me but chocked full of good stuff so I’ll keep taking.

Like bright yellow. You can smell the vitamin contents to be honest. The pills I've like an earthy taste. Haven't noticed any improvements since starting but hoping it doing something ***at the end of the bottle... urine reeks, pills smell and taste gross still. honetly going to look for something else

Great vitamin i have been using it for several years.

Not all multivitamins work for my stomach and body. But these give me a solid boost without making me feel over-fortified. I do take about half the recommended amount, but even when I take one in the morning and one at night, I feel good.

The name of this supplement is telling. These really have all the multivitamins you could need. I'm most impressed by the B-vitamins. I truly believe I can feel the extra energy these generate. If I don't take them for a few days I feel more sluggish. They are easy enough to swallow, although I rarely have some difficulty getting them down. Recommended.
