I knew about coq10 for a long time and omega 3 . I go to a cardiologist every 4 months, I didn’t tell him I was taking it, I don’t think he would approve

So I've searched and read sooo many reviews on fish oil pills. It becomes very stressful when you think you've found one just to find out it that it doesn't have an adequate amount of the "good stuff" or gives you bad fishy burps or that you simply just didn't notice any difference in your health when taking it. Well, I think I've found the best one! I've suffered with hypertension for a few years and I'm only 30 years old. I know mine stemmed from simply not eating well and being sedentary for a long time and carrying majority of my weight in my stomach. About 6 months ago I made the decision to become vegetarian and exercise every day. So far I've lost 25 lbs my bp has went from the upper 166's systolic and 115 diastolic to 135/90. My doc told me that I was severely deficient in Vitamin D and needed to get my weight down and eat healthier. Well, I don't eat fish but I took a chance with this because my health is very important. Before I took the supplement I took my blood pressure. It was 135/101. I ate some toast and drank some tea, took the supplement and laid down for about two hours. TAKE AS DIRECTED...EAT FIRST! No fishy burps for me! After I awoke I tested my blood pressure again. It was 122/78! AWESOME! I've had no side effects or fishy burps. I think the high dose of b12 and folic acid helped a lot. Those ingredients aren't in the other pills I've taken in the past. Since I don't eat meat anymore I'm sure I'm low on all of the ingredients listed in this bottle so my body responded well when taking this. I will continue to take these along with my vitamin d3 supplement.

I am 60 yrs young and take only a water pill and sometimes a 1/2 or 1 clonidine. I am not on blood thinners. I took the Omega Q plus to help with my blood pressure and my husband tried a few days to see if joint pain was improved by it. I took Omega Q plus for 2 days and had to stop due to nose bleeds. I had 6 nose bleeds in 4 days. I had been taking the recommended dose at night before bed. Before I could .take again on the third day, the nose bleeds started. I waited a week and resumed taking 1 cap. per day. I had no more nose bleeds and saw lower bp numbers. The pills are large but swallowable and have no neg taste or burps. I hope to continue.

I needed something to check my health quality and was looking for an interesting product. Just finished a book by Dr. Duane Graveline that recommends (believe it or not) the same thing this product offers. So I'm assuming it's a great product. Just started using it.

What I like about this product is long-term sustained energy and blood pressure control. If you look at regular fish oil after taste and compare it to this product you will see how superior calarmarine is. Me and my wife have been taking this product for years.

was excited to try it. can not tell any difference then normal fish oil i take. can not notice the coq10 at all. for cost can get buy one get one free fish for about same price of 30 day supply and it has a 4 month supply. probably will not buy again. have been a heart patient for 13 years, have taken blood pressure, cholesterol medicine, for years,thought this might be a good product. in my opinion no help at all.
