Use as said and you could fell full before your meal so you eat less. And if you have a big dessert at the end of the dinner take another one to balance all that sugar. At the you will start to lose inches.

I have been using these for the past 6 months and I didn't lose any weight what so ever, i didnt made any changes to my deit to check if this works. The first month you lose some weight which i think is yojr water weight and this causes you to think oh this works and such but after 1 month..... I didn't help at all, wouod lose 1 pound and gain it right away. For sellong it for almost 150 bucks per month, its down right scam at this point, i gave it a shot for 6 whole month kept thinking maybe it's because of my deit or what not but no, this thing doesn' t help at all in losing weight. I will say again, if you arr thinking this will help gpu lose weight then DO NOT waate your money, maybe cholesterol control idk bjt it might work for them but for weight, its just a scam. 1 packet a day will cost you aboit $4.7 dollars and i dont think its worth that much money, save hour money for something else but not this rip off.

I had to write this review! Within 24 hrs 😳 after my 22 year old daughter tried it , the Swollen of her hands disappeared , and the craving of sweet are at least 50% down. I bought Unicity balance for me , However it’s working so well for her that I my Amazed!! I’m buying the second box now ! Updates next month on our progress 👍
