Great customer service. The watch worked great for about two weeks. It really held it's charge well and it is well-designed. My toddler ran to the bathroom immediately whenever the music started to play. Then one day, it finally died. I put it on the charger and let it charge fully. However, as soon as I took it off the charger it went dark. None of the buttons worked. I put it back on the charger and it appeared to be dead and needed another few hours to fully charge again. I loved this dumb thing so much that I was determined to make it work so I went through all the troubleshooting steps to try to make it work. It didn't. It's like the battery wouldn't hold any juice. I decided to contact the seller. Turns out it comes with a 1 year warranty I didn't realize! They responded the same day and sent me a new potty watch two days after their first response. I am very pleased with the customer service. I will update if the same problem happens again with the new watch but I feel confident with the 1 year warranty. They probably wouldn't offer that if the watch always gave out in two weeks.

Works great for what we needed. First weekend at home potty training - My son was very excited about the watch but eventually didn’t like wearing it bc he wanted to keep playing with his toys vs going to the potty but it was very helpful for my husband and I with remembering when he should go next. My son only wears it on the weekend bc he’s at daycare during the week and now we’re on weekend two of using it and he’s back to being excited to wear the watch again. Highly recommend

First of all, I’d like to say this company has excellent customer service. We ordered and received the watch, and my son really liked it and it helped him remember to go potty. However, two weeks later the watch screen went black and wouldn’t come back on despite my trying to charge it. The battery was dead, I suppose. I emailed SKYROKU and they sent a replacement watch that has worked without a problem the last few weeks. The watch itself is pretty straightforward on how to set the timer, and the watch band is adjustable to fit his wrist. Plus, he likes the dinosaurs. It’s been worth the price in my opinion!

I ordered this 3 years ago for my oldest daughter and it was amazing. It helped so much! I bought another one for my youngest recently and it has been amazing. Unfortunately my dog got ahold of it so we had to order a replacement. That’s when I saw they had a new design with Dino’s on it so I thought I would give that one a try. I will say the regular pink and white one is WAY louder so it alerts everyone. The Dino one is way quieter so it’s hard to hear but works the same!

Works well for us. Music is a little low and only plays once. It stops after one short song. Lights up. This is great for beginning potty training. My son just turned 3. Started with the 30 min timer option then the 1 hour timer option. Those are the only two timer options.

Customer service is phenomenal, very quick to respond and helpful. Hence the 3 stars. That said, the watch is not high quality. The buttons are finicky and choose when and when not to work. The display falls out of the silicone band, and the watch falls off the wrist very easily, especially if your kid is active. The sound that plays is very quiet. You won’t be able to hear it unless you’re in be same room as your child. I wish I could leave a better review because I had such a positive experience with the company, but the product just isn’t great.

It is exactly as described and it is too cute my little one loves her watch and it has helped tremendously with potty training I wish I got this sooner.

Bought this for my 4 year old who had a really bad toilet regression. She loves wearing it and runs to the toilet when it goes off. The music can be a little quiet in noisy settings but other than that it's worked so well.

It stopped making sound or light after 2 days I changed the battery and still just the light works

The watch was doing really great for my son i liked it until one morning i wasnt able to turn it on . And this happened only within few days of using the watch. Very unreliable item .

I expected the sound to be louder and the watch to at least vibrate to alert the child . Aside from that stopped working in just a few weeks . Contacted seller for refund in May, chased it up every month and all I got was we are looking into it. End of August and still waiting. Avoid seller if you can , not value for money for how long it lasted, and the false promise of an easy refund .

Have had 2 now. Both stopped working within days. Failed to play the alarm. First one was refunded no issue and I bought the second. However this one needs to be returned to the USA and am having trouble with the return.
