I had given this product a just okay rating with three stars. Here's what I said "There was a sharp burr where one bar slides into the other. The plastic gasket is partially destroyed. I might send back; wonder where quality control is." Shortly thereafter, the company reached out to me via Amazon e-mail as they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I explained that the defect caused some micro scratches when I pulled it open and that I was concerned about premature rusting due to this. They acknowledged that they had seen this issue and promptly sent me a new unit. The new bar is perfect and the finish is beautiful. Now I am completely satisfied. I could not be more impressed with this company's customer service. I wanted you all to know that these people stand behind their products. Incidently, the curved bar in the shower is the only way to go.

Four stars because the curtain rings kind of get stuck on the place where the narrower part slides into the wider part as it is adjustable. Wish they’d thought of something to smooth that transition. I paid someone to drill through the tile to install this into a stud so that was costly. Also had him install a grab bar while he was here so I feel good about that. It’s our hall / guest bath and we have a guest coming, so the shower should feel plenty big with this curved rod.

I removed the old shower doors from our bathtub/shower and hung this with a curtain. Night and day difference, the added room is amazing. Wishing I'd have done it a long time ago. Super easy to install and seems to be holding up very well.

During a bathroom update, we decided to install these curved shower bars. We're so surprised on how much more space they provide. Never cared for the tension rods. These screw into the walls and come with wall anchors. Helpful to have someone else. We hung the curtain on the rod and then held it up to get a good measurement for the height, marked the spot then installed the wall anchors.

The title pretty much says everything. Was able to screw it into the wall securely on both sides and it works perfectly. Great product. Hope that it will last for years.

Super easy to install, and looks durable.

If you plan to mount this to drywall, you'll need to go out and buy some sturdier mounting hardware. I do like the rod, however, because it definitely gives you more elbow room in the shower.
