Noticing a difference with skin and nails, took a bit longer but now noticing a reduction in hair fall. I've been on these for 3 months now and will continue to take them. Worth trying

Five stars, only because I've found this previously to be a very effective, biotin, zinc and selenium formulation, that I have been taking to support my poor diet. I have ulcerative colitis and cannot tolerate all the things I used to love, that used to love me back, like wholemeal-anything and green leafy veg - it just won't digest, causing pain and other unpleasant symptoms. My nails had really begun to suffer, they would snap at the slightest knock, they were flaking and growing so slowly, they may as well, have not bothered. I started on a different brand of biotin (that refused to post my review, for some reason), it took rather a long time to show minimal results, too - I changed to this brand & things came on in leaps and bounds. I had re-ordered recently, I just finished my last bottle & opened the new one, to find that the tablets are now >3x larger. This is going to be a problem, for my dysphagia - I struggle to swallow my contraceptive pill, even with water - the biotin I just finished, the tablets were just a bit bigger than the contraceptive - the size of the tablets now, are all the way from off-putting to intimidating for someone like me. I will have to go back to the drawing board. The thought did occur to me, that, if the previous little pills had all the quoted nutrients, what is the extra bulk for, what does it contain? I've read all about supplement companies, padding out their products with unnecessary, or even counter-productive fillers - I'll pass on that, but, thanks, anyway. NEXT! 3rd of March 2025. Update: I struggled through and finished the bottle of the larger tablets. I found taking them with food easier, but, they aren't smooth, they have a porous, matte-texture, so, they would still get stuck at times. I then tried a different brand of biotin, smaller pills, but, I started to see a reverse in the effects on my nails - slower growth, more/ deeper ridges, with some flaking, snapping, and a loss of rigidity (when they grew, the longer they got, the 'bendier' they were, which only made them more fragile, especially at the sides). I threw in the towel and resigned myself to go back to these, thinking that, even if there were unnecessary/ counter-productive fillers, I hadn't felt any effects from that, and, even though, they do get stuck in my gullet at times, which is super-annoying (I have GERD, which can be aggravated by things stuck in the gullet, too), all I really wanted, was the return of my long and super-strong nails. On Prime Day these were reduced, so, I caved and bought another bottle. This new bottle is a litle smaller, and, imagine my surprise and delight to find, the tablets have returned, to a nearer-to-contraceptive-pill-size! They're not as small as they were, they also still have that porous, matte-feel, but, they are easier to swallow than before, simply because, they are somewhat smaller now. It would seem, that this company actually reads the reviews of their products, and responds accordingly. Either that, or, the larger-size tablets were just an aberration/ anomaly/ temporary blip, of some description. It doesn't matter, as my nails are getting longer, and a touch stronger again, in just a few weeks - I have yet to enjoy the return of the thickness/ rigidity of my nails (my thumb-nails are the strongest), but, I think that will come, with my continued return to using these. I'm hoping the ridges will reduce again, too, which will abate the flaking, and the way the ridged ones can snap, when I catch or knock them, that will reduce as well. If that turns out not to be the case (I feel that would definitely indicate a change of active ingredients), I will be sure to update this review, again. 25th of October 2025.

I have been taking these for a few months now and I have not noticed much of an effect on my hair. However a positive side effect I have noticed is that my nails are much stronger. I have been able to keep my nails at a longer length without as much breakage. I would say these are good value for money based on the effect they have had on my nails alone and possibly with more time there might be some difference in my hair too. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The packaging is sturdy and has a child safe cap.

This supplement really worked well on my hair. I just took one table a day for about 3 weeks and I saw a huge difference in the thickness of my hair. Value for money and would recommend using with a quality shampoo for those concerned about hair growth.

Been taking for several months for weak nails ,but not much difference, so will finish this lot I've got and maybe just put up with weak soft nails

Very happy with my purchase. I ordered for hair, skin and nails. It’s two a day and the tablets are easy to swallow. Going good so far. You get plenty in the bottle 3 months supply. Definitely value for money and I highly recommend 😄👍
