This is a life saver! I lost a lot of weight, and my favorite work shoes became very roomy 😩. This prevents my foot from sliding forward and hurting my toes. I place it on the outside of my socks because the foot perspiration causes it to be a bit gross, hahaha. Just as great on the outside of my socks! Saved my favorite work shoes!!!

These are a lifesaver for anyone who walks a lot in dress shoes

Squishy so it absorbs a lot of the discomfort of pointed toe shoes, but because it lacks any ball of foot padding there’s an awkward step off from your toes and front of the ball of your foot being padded to the 0 padding for the rest of the ball of your foot. I couldn’t get past the weird feeling this gave. This may be less of a problem for someone with bigger feet (I am a size 5) as the silicone may just cover only the toes and not stick out over the ball of the foot partially. Ultimately I returned these for toe pouches that also cover the ball of the foot. Of note, these are very very squishy. So if you want more firm padding it’s not for you. And they won’t stay on your toes naturally so you have to put them on and slide your feet into the shoes for them to stay in place.

I wish I had found this sooner. Feels nice when walking but sometimes a bit big that it sticks out on edges of shoes so trimmed them a bit. I use for my heels and flats and helps the rubbing and pain on my toes x

Nice squishy padding. I have two pr of shoes that hurt my toes. No more. Now I can wear them. I can't work out in them, but regular walking is fine

Not a good fit, kept slipping.

I purchased these to protect my toes from friction while wearing mesh summer flats, they’re incredibly comfortable, durable and doesn’t effect the look of the shoes. I have black netted mesh flats and white ones and they are incredibly easy to use, comfortable, totally affordable and not too thick. They feel like a extra coat of skin protecting my toes as well as the ball of my feet!
